Discovering New Ways To Tell Better Stories

Headshot BW

After decades of acting on stage and film, I’ve lately been focusing my talents on the world of voice acting and audiobook production. Following my participation in a number of shows in high school and college in the 70s, I traveled the country with a six-person drama group for a couple of years. I performed one-man shows throughout the Southwest during the 80s and 90s, including Trouble in Lincoln County which told the story of the Lincoln County War and Billy the Kid through the eyes of multiple characters.

On stage I’ve portrayed Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof, Henry II in The Lion in Winter, Daddy Warbucks in Annie, Javert in Les Miserables, and King Triton in The Little Mermaid.

I’ve done several roles in short films and won Best Actor in the Roswell Sci-Fi Digital Shootout in 2011. During the past few years, I’ve voiced dozens of characters for audio dramas as well as producing several of my own.

I produced a musical creation called Kabod – A Foundational Narrative in 2014 and am currently producing a surround sound treatment of the life of Jesus called Come and See – An Immersive Audio Experience.

I just published a book called The Evolution of a Heel-Grabber with my wife, Kathy, about a serious dysfunction I brought to our marriage. My children’s book titled That Silly Old Painter is also now available. Kathy and I have two children and seven grandchildren.
